Our commitment to you

We will convert one of your TVs to digital. You can choose which equipment we install in your home and we will make sure that you are happy with how it all works.

We are committed to providing you with an excellent service that meets your needs, and we will always treat you with respect.

Your welfare is very important to us and we will aim to offer:

  • specially trained customer service advisors who will answer your call
  • a number of ways to make sure you know when we will call to deliver or install your equipment
  • installers and couriers who have all had Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks, carry Switchover Help Scheme identity cards and wear a uniform
  • a password, if you ask for one, to reassure you that the installer is genuine
  • a chaperone, if you ask for one, if you are worried about the installer or courier visiting your home

You can also tell us if you would like someone else to be with you when we bring your equipment (maybe a friend, relative, communicator or carer). We can contact them to arrange this for you if you ask us to.
