Switchover date 2008 - 2009
The digital TV switchover for the Border TV region completed on July 22 2009.
This means that from August 22 2009 you are no longer able to apply for our help in this region.
People with digital TV equipment supplied through the Switchover Help Scheme can continue to get help and advice from our aftercare line for up to a year after they receive their equipment.
If you are eligible for help in the Border TV region but get your television signal from a different TV region, such as STV Central, Tyne Tees or Granada and you have not yet had our help, we may contact you again with information about the Help Scheme before the other region switches.
